How We Rank Quirks

This tier list ranks all confirmed Quirks in ITAMI based on predicted combat performance. PvP rankings consider burst damage, combo potential, mobility, crowd control, and Awakening power. PvE rankings weigh sustained AoE damage, survivability in boss fights, and utility.

Rankings are based on pre-release information from developer Discord reveals, sneak peek screenshots, and comparison with similar Roblox anime fighters like Project Mugetsu. S-tier Quirks like One For All and Explosion show the highest ceiling in both PvP and PvE based on their confirmed move sets and Awakening mechanics.

We will update this tier list with real tested data when ITAMI launches in April 2026. The release date page has the latest timeline. Until then, treat all rankings as educated predictions.

What is the best Quirk in ITAMI?

One For All (OFA) and Explosion are predicted to be the top S-tier Quirks. OFA has raw power scaling through Full Cowling and a complex Awakening. Explosion has incredible burst damage and combo flexibility. Hell Flame is the best Legendary-tier pick thanks to the Temperature Bar Awakening mechanic.

Is the tier list updated for 2026?

Yes — this tier list reflects all confirmed pre-release information as of early 2026, including developer sneak peeks from Discord. It will be fully updated with verified combat data after ITAMI launches in April 2026.

What does S-tier mean?

S-tier Quirks are dominant in their role. They have strong damage, good mobility or range, viable Awakenings, and few clear counters. In PvP, S-tier Quirks win neutral more consistently. In PvE, they clear boss health bars fastest.

Is C-tier worth playing?

Yes. C-tier means the Quirk requires more skill or specific builds to compete, not that it is unplayable. Electric Shock is C-tier PvP but excellent for beginners learning the True Stun combat system.

Does rarity equal tier position?

Not directly. Rarity affects how hard a Quirk is to obtain through rolling, not its combat power. Common-rarity Electric Shock is viable in many situations. Mythic OFA is top tier but extremely rare. Rare-tier Half Hot Half Cold is competitive despite low rarity.
